Appointment Generator/Lead Setter
GLASCO HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE AND INSTALLATION SINCE 1994. Glasco Heating and Air Conditioning is based out of South Windsor, CT, and is currently looking for highly motivated, self-starters with solid communication skills and able to work in a fast and friendly retail atmosphere.
The In-Store Appointment Generator position has flexible hours with the opportunity to make full-time pay with part-time hours. The individual would be working in a retail-based, customer-facing role actively seeking out customers to assess their heating and air conditioning needs throughout Costco Wholesale Clubs in CT.
The In-Store Appointment Generator position has an emphasis on product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items. Associates in this position know how to greet, qualify and recommend to customers they interact with. The Appointment Generator is responsible for generating opportunities for our HVAC Technicians and in-home sales professionals.
They are responsible for the following:
· Actively seek out, identify and approach potential customers and build a good rapport.
· Offer a friendly greeting. Smile, and make eye contact with customers.
· Ask open-ended questions about customer's projects in order to determine their needs.
· Generate leads that will be passed on to sales team.
· Show enthusiasm / positive attitude with the customer.
The ideal Appointment Generator must have:
· An ambitious and competitive “hunter” sales nature.
· The ability to work Monday thru Friday and the flexibility to work weekends for both full-time and part-time employees.
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· A polished and professional demeanor.
· Self-motivation and discipline.
· Highly evolved customer service skills.
· A working knowledge of Microsoft office and computer savvy competence.
The eligible Appointment Generator will receive:
· Average first year income range: $17-$19 per house ( commission).

Requirements:
· High School Diploma required.
· Relevant sales experience.
· Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience.
· Background check and drug screening.
· Lead Generators are required to be standing with the display and kiosk. They are not permitted to sit.
· Must be available weekends and weekday hours and evenings are also available.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
